General information

Top Avana contains 50 mg of Anafranil and 30 mg of Dapoxetine. Anafranil is a tricyclic antidepressant. It affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced. The drug is used to treat symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) such as recurrent thoughts or feelings and repetitive actions. Dapoxetine is a medicine used for treatment of premature ejaculation in men. It belongs to the group of the drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It is useful for men with inability to sustain ejaculation.

Directions

Take this medication exactly as it was prescribed for you. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results from this medication. Avoid drinking alcohol and grapefruit juice and eating grapefruit.

Precautions

Do not use this medication if you are allergic to clomipramine or to similar drugs or if you have recently had a heart attack. Don't drive as this medicines that make you sleepy. It may be harmful to an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment. Aged people may be more sensitive to the side effects of the drug. Before to take Dapoxetine please inform your doctor if you have any allergy, liver, kidney or eye problems, and bipolar confusion. Middle aged people can be more sensitive to the medicine.

Possible side effect

Drug interaction

Don't use Anafranil with MAO inhibitors (Furazolidone, Tranylcypromine, Linezolid, etc), anti-arrhythmic medication (Quinidine), Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), Antipsychotics (Fluphenazine) and H2-receptor antagonists (Cimetidine, Nizatidine, Ranitidine, etc). Avoid drinking grapefruit juice and smoking.

Missed dose

Take the missed dose as soon as possible. Skip the missed dose if it is time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

Overdose

Call emergency medical attention if you think you have used too much of this medicine. Overdose may cause sickness, break heartbeat, chest pain or dizziness.
